luke Nethaway
Luke is the owner and operator of 22 Homes, LLC. He has years of experience in the construction field. Before adventuring into the realm of entrepreneurship, he worked for a number of businesses including Alpin Haus and General Electric. He graduated from St. Rose College with an MBA and Bachelor’s Degree. He was born and raised in Fonda, NY and graduated from Fonda-Fultonville High School. Luke and his family are now based in Schenectady, NY.
Tom Nethaway
Tom brings to the team the most years of experience in the construction field. He owned and operated, Neth20 Construction, before joining forces with his son to help create 22 Homes, LLC. He was born and raised in Gloversville, NY. He and his wife raised three beautiful children in Fonda, NY who all live locally with their families. If he’s not working, you can find him surrounded by his grandkids.
Shane HoaGboon
Shane has been on the team since day one. He is a crucial part of the day-to-day operations with several years of experience. Shane was born and raised in Mayfield, NY and now lives in Fonda with his family. He also operates our landscape division, offering additional services to customers in need of outdoor cosmetic maintenance. If you’re looking to get ahead of the season, reach out to him.
